“Google Password Required” Error Fixed

And just like that, the authentication error that had prevented me from logging into my G Suite accounts after updating to Mac OS Mojave 10.14.4 has been resolved.
Seeing that fixing it didn’t require a software update, I wonder if it wasn’t Apple that broke the authentication process. Could Google be to blame?
I have tried everything I am capable of to get that “Google Password Required” out of the top right hand corner. No luck….HELP
Did you try to remove the Google account(s) and add them again in the Internet Accounts System Preferences pane? That did it for me.
